Subject: SEPTEMBER Peach Challenge

For the month of SEPTEMBER, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach.

The goal is 100% Peach for 30 days.  Below is a peachy month (green is a racing stem)...be warned peaching can be addictive   Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rule, MOVE everyday!!  Let me know if you are interested.

I failed terribly in August.  Ended up with 5 or 6 yellow squares.  Burnt out from the season!   But I am rested now, got a new coach on-board and am ready to make September a peachy month!

Like Seren, I had a horrible month of August. Went on a 3 day bender to Vegas early on and never got back in the groove. September will be peachy!

Wow!

Okay, I'm in. But just for one month, I'm not committing to two years. I ran yesterday and Wii Fit-ed today. Run tomorrow... bike ride Saturday... this could work.

I'm in.  This will be my first month, though I seem to have started pitifully.  Yesterday having knee and ankle pain, today a migraine.  Ah, the start of school.

Tomorrow, cross-training day, with HIIT boxing, maybe a low-key bike ride in the evening.

30 minutes, 8 one minute rounds of heavy bag work, gradually working from one punch up to punches and kicks.  2 minute rest, alternating 20 crunches and 10 lunges/leg.  warm-up of 2 minutes jumping jacks.  also stretching.

Looking to jump on the peach wagon this month. NO specific training plan right now. Just do something every day in September.  So far 3/3 including my longest bike ride ever on Wednesday at 66 miles. Maybe looking at some surgery later in the month so we'll see how that goes....

Managed a quick peach yesterday by biking to the farmer's market.  Had a lovely run tonight (sorry Judi)  weather was perfect low to mid 70s and low humidity.  I am sooo happy to be done with the heat.  Just hoping it stays away until next summer.
