BEfore & after photos (Page 2)

That should get Welshy here any moment... Can't wait for the Ode.

I'm trying not to think in terms of "Before and After". I'm concentrating on "During".

My avatar is exactly like me (funny how that worked out).  As a "before & after" example, I guess I can supply one from a few years back when I did let myself get a bit out of shape...

Guys, max is so lean and solid that you'd think he'd have maintained that body his whole life! I actually thought he was the type that was naturally thin and HAS to eat alot just to keep some meat on his bones.

LOL May...that was from my "2 year decadent period."  I've seen the light and reformed my ways!

My hat's off to you, Max.  I'm sure you realize you've greatly extended your life expectancy.  I had a similar 2 year indulgent binge that ended June of this year.  I dropped 25lbs and finished 4 tri's this summer, in addition to a 10k and a half marathon.  I am my Avatar, so its the "after" pic.  I don't really have a before pic of the gut.  Just suffice it to day I'm much leaner and healthier now.

Wow, you look great. The transformation is amazing! I wish more people would post before/after pictures. It's fun! Unfortunately, I always look the same- my body just never seems to change.

Trixie, you'll need to use whatever photo management software you have to "re-size" the picture, then right click on the file to get it's properties and see what size it actually is.  Usually I have to play around with the size until it drops below the 100 KB, since Ron's forum here limits you to that file size for uploading pictures.
