Expert 919 Greenville, SC | Subject: RE: Mother Truckers Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge Good morning Mother Truckers, Sore throat developed into a sinus infection.... GOOD TIMES! But at least no cough so far... knock on wood. Planning on doing my regular spin class tonight and then see how I feel. I should also run for the running challenge, but that's probably not going to happen until tomorrow. I definitely have to do my push-ups.... |

Master 2339 somewhere over the rainbow | Subject: RE: Mother Truckers Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge my dh (15 years my senior) thought it prudent to CHALLENGE me to see who could run a mile faster. granted-i'm not fast, but he's not a runner. so the route is mostly downhill on the way out, mostly uphill on the way back, i OBVIOUSLY gave him the way out, and i ran the mile back. ok so HIS mile was downhill (10.34) and MY mile was greuling uphill (11.00) i think i win. |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Mother Truckers Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge I haven't spent over an hour on the bike in a while. That was hard in more ways than one. Those saddle sores I had gotten rid of are letting me know that spending an hour in the saddle was their turn to be noticed. Darn...can't I get healthy everywhere? |

Expert 919 Greenville, SC | Subject: RE: Mother Truckers Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge Alrighty: Not great workout but at least something. I was on the stationary for 35 minutes going nice and easy and then some strength work afterwards. Didn't want to bring the heartrate up with the sinus stuff going on. Hopefully I can run tomorrow.... Good night Mother Truckers. Edited by ratkat 2008-11-19 8:21 PM |

Elite 5316 Alturas, California | Subject: RE: Mother Truckers Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge La pant, la pant... made it 20.1 miles. Was a royal pain, litterally, my old shoes died at about mile 6 and caused the arches of my feet to start hurting. I had the new pair so I swapped them out and muddled through. Ugh. Places his order for one peach square smoothy and a side order of a soft squishy pillow with zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz on top. Night. |
