Good morning Mother Truckers,

Sore throat developed into a sinus infection.... GOOD TIMES! But at least no cough so far... knock on wood.

Planning on doing my regular spin class tonight and then see how I feel. I should also run for the running challenge, but that's probably not going to happen until tomorrow. I definitely have to do my push-ups....

We won't be cracking any whips here, between Mila's whip and my "friendly" inspires for people to get moving (hmmm, anyone in particular gotten a few of my love notes lately?) we have a team of well motivated individuals.

You are doing an awesome job of inspiring. Thanx!

Be careful!  Don't overdo it when you're sick.  Owie, owie, owie to the sinus infection.   Feel better fast.

Cry some nonclear thinking person snuck a 20 mile run into my training plan for tonight... we see how it goes this may well be one of those run.... walk.... crawl.. workout nights.

I will not eat within 2-3 hours of this run (unlike last week) and dinner will consist of 4 scoups of Infanite and if I am extra spoiled a triberry gue at mile marker 15.

my dh (15 years my senior) thought it prudent to CHALLENGE me to see who could run a mile faster. granted-i'm not fast, but he's not a runner. so the route is mostly downhill on the way out, mostly uphill on the way back, i OBVIOUSLY gave him the way out, and i ran the mile back. ok so HIS mile was downhill (10.34) and MY mile was greuling uphill (11.00) i think i win.

Smart move. Let the guy think he won, but you know who really did. Just wait and see how he feels tomorrow. You'll have the laugh then.

I haven't spent over an hour on the bike in a while.  That was hard in more ways than one.  Those saddle sores I had gotten rid of are letting me know that spending an hour in the saddle was their turn to be noticed.  Darn...can't I get healthy everywhere?

Alrighty: Not great workout but at least something. I was on the stationary for 35 minutes going nice and easy and then some strength work afterwards. Didn't want to bring the heartrate up with the sinus stuff going on. Hopefully I can run tomorrow....

Good night Mother Truckers.

La pant, la pant... made it 20.1 miles. Was a royal pain, litterally, my old shoes died at about mile 6 and caused the arches of my feet to start hurting. I had the new pair so I swapped them out and muddled through. Ugh.

Places his order for one peach square smoothy and a side order of a soft squishy pillow with zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz on top.

Night.

Morning team

Morning run done, I am now on the 2 run / 1 walk part of the program ... I hope I could go faster then that but I don't want to risk to hurt myself again so I will behave ...

I have a trainer ride planned for tonight to complete this beautifull day.

Have a nice day everyone
