Well the streak ended for me yesterday. I think my body is telling me to take a rest. I was going for a couple of day before the challenge, so I was at 25 or so day in a row. Good luck to everyone for the last 8 days.
22/24 with a nice 45 min jog/walk. Was supposed to be a 5-7 mile run, but the 6 yo wanted (just had) to go. She promised to run and ended up chatting the whole time. Oh yeah, can't forget the 2 breaks we had to take for the LONG 2.5 mile walk. I am exhausted.
Sport comments: URGH! We took the boys fishing and while walking out to the site carrying my 4.5 yr old who can't walk without his braces, I slipped on some pine needles and fell flat on my a$$! I was really looking forward to my run today. My but is sore, it hurts to bend and squat, I figure it is best to ice my a$$ and skip the run for few days. I also have a tight piriformis muscle right wear I landed. I know it is kind of lame to put fishing as my peach for the day but it knocked me on my but! HeHeHe...
20 minutes on the trainer, yoga class, and 5 minutes of ab work today. There was supposed to be more to the core workout, but the dog kept coming over and laying on me. Nothing like lifting 70 extra pounds with crunches to really make the workout tough.
