I'm headed out to a BrewFest where they'll have a bunch of breweries there giving out 2oz samples. I'm going to TRY and behave.... I only measure once a month -- cuts down on frustration for me -- and I'm 2 weeks out from my next measurement. I'll say, though - I'm curious to see where I'm at. So, does anyone use any kind of supplements of any sort? I just read an article that recommended fish oil, multi-vitamin, protein powder (if not getting enough protein through other sources), and a greens supplement. Other than a multi-vitamin, I don't really use any of the other stuff... |
