For the record I think there should be an mandatory rest day after race day.  Time to go run for an HOUR.  Sheesh!

Ha!  I was so just going to post that he deserves a tongue lashing.  Yours sounds more fun. 

The running however, that sounds like the suck.  Good luck with that.

So, I'm excited about this and I figure I will share it here... I put on my favorite pair of work pants today, the ones that are a little roomy but look super cute, and after I zipped and buttoned them I took two steps and they fell down to my knees.  So I've officially lost enough weight that my pants are falling off.

This is good for two reasons.  1.  Because I need/want to.  and 2.  Now I get to go shopping for new pants.

So today is a good day.
