Subject: RE: Cold Turkeys - November ChallengeFamily movie day sounds awesome! I am just back from a treadmill 5K and a cybex circuit to add to my numbers. Puts me as needing just 1 run, 2 strength, and 15 minutes of flexibility to hit my goals...I am so there!!!
While I was at the Y, I decided to rejoin the challenge there - it started Oct. 12th and I just have to go back and log my strength and cardio and then continue on...it should help with the next couple of months.
