I am current to this point on the spreadsheet and have a 7 miler tomorrow...biking to practice today to give the legs a little rest from the pounding.

This team rocks and I sure hope that all have a great weekend.

I had a GREAT run this morning! It felt sooo good and seemed to take little effort. Why can't they all feel like this?!?

3.4 miles, 32:48, 9:40 pace.

---

Last time I checked the thingie on the spreadsheet that autocalculates the % of the month that's gone in not updating itself. ANyone know how to fix this?

I fixed the formula.  Somehow it got overwritten to just be 25%.  We are now at 28% of the way through the month.

Just finished 5.5 miles. Tough run. But it's done. Now I'm going to go soak in a nice bubble bath as reward for getting my butt out there and doing it

skarl - 2008-02-08 3:14 PM You did take into account that it's a leap year right?

Yes.  I also used the round function.  If you want to get technical, we are 27.5862069% of the way through the month.

But you are awesome at putting in the big time and staying on track, speaking of which, I think I will go do a couple of miles.

Hey I haven't been slacking off! LOL I was at San Clemente Island working for the week. Our internet was down so I couldn't talk or update my log. I just finished updating it and yes I ran every day. I know it was the treadmill again but they don't let you run on the Island after dark. I hope to get home and hit the pavement tonight for the first time in a long time.

I did 3 miles in 35:37 this morning. The first time to do more than 2 miles straight in months. I will attempt to get the other mile in tonight but if not I will get it in the morning. I am where I should be for this point of the month.

Good job everyone. Keep it up.

Great idea!  Don't get blown away out there!!

This is going to be such a beautiful weekend and I have a stupid LT test in the early afternoon tomorrow.  Oh well I'm running afterwards.  Better get busy looking into a route down there so I can get the run in before dark.  Almost hate to head to the mountains Sunday for skiing, but I do like skiing when it's warm
