Riding uphill and I slipped my grip off of the bar end and bit it hard. My quad felt the full force of the bar end ramming into it braced by asphalt!!! Scored some points though but man did that hurt! OUCH!!!!! |

| Expert 1128 Boston | Subject: RE: Crappy Winter Weather Challenge 2010-2011 Finally picking up some points to write home about. Northeast is getting slammed with snow! Went out for an 8 mile ride yesterday on the cross bike before it really got going. Stuck mostly to the bike paths so I didn't have to worry about cars. Santa was very good to me with winter cycling clothes! |

Some of the trails have lights so I might try and get out a couple times this week since the kids are on vacation. They are calling for rain on Friday which would suck. I have Friday off and wanted to get a 20K in. |
