Nothing says fun like watching that game from a bar in Callaway Gardens, Georgia during the MS 150 ride.  Yeah, seriously, that's part of the plan.  *sigh*  I'll be lucky to make it through 15 miles... forget 150 .

Morning, Nibbs! And yes - I'm right there with you. I'm so excited/nervous/scared/ready/etc. that I'm going to die before Sunday am. I'm coming down Sunday morning (don't ask - it's a personal quirk), so I'll see you then! (And will you help me zip up my wetsuit please - if we get to wear them? I can't do my own stupid zipper...and well, your screenname makes you the natural choice to help me - that and the fact we get to go out in the last wave...that young buck Jen gets to go out with the whippersnappers, right?)

Yes, I'll help you ZIP the wetsuit. 

 I told you why I picked this screen name?  It's cause John used to run EMS and he would go on a trauma call and "zip" in the needed interventions before his partner could call report.  One of the co-workers used to call me Zippette since I married him but I never took to Zippette (except from that guy)...so I would fly in and outta ER rooms zipping in lines and whatever was needed before anyone else too....just kinda stuck.  Anyway, Zipp was taken when I joined BT and I had to add the 1 to the end of it....Can't think of anything else to use--though QueenZipp is starting to appeal....only if I can hang on to the tiara in the next war with Dexter and crew.

I have until 6 tomorrow to cancel my room. Trying to decide today what to do.

Well... it sounds like you could still drive morning of if you DO cancel the room... then that leaves you the last minute opportunity to bail if needed...

Is the swim for this race in a lake or river???

I can't believe that they are still planning on going through with it?  Though I am just a little southern girl that's afraid of bad weather.... been through one too many storms in my life....

I didn't read that right the first time I saw this post.  I thought you were joking.  They have, indeed, canceled the swim.  I think that is a good plan, though.  They haven't announced the new race format, though.  Wonder what the run distances will be now.  I'm assuming they have to make it a du.
