Got my Saturday peach with a two hour bike ride followed by 20 mins of dog walking.  Beautiful morning for a ride - it rained all day yesterday and last night and it's very windy so there were incredible yellow, burgandy and orange leaves all over the road in piles or blowing everywhere.  I'm gonna be so sad when everything is bare and colorless .

After missing 2 days at the start of the week, as i was flat out and work, I think I caught up a bit tonight with 2 1/2 hours of hockey, basketball, ultimate frisbee. Should make it for a nice early morning muddy run tomorrow.

I am tackling my first race at the start of December - called a "grim challenge". 8 miles through an tank testing site - mud, puddles, sand and hills. Really looking forward to it.

Got my swim in for my peach today.  Still considering a track run.

Getting myself organized w/ chores list and spreadsheet for my workouts so I hit a min. # of s/b/r/core/stretching/strength each week.  I don't like having to figure out what I'm going to do each day and end up behind on housework and training, so hopefully I have a plan I can stick to for quite a while.  Not overly structured, which is what I need for a while

I got my Saturday peach with a 60 min run.

It's Sunday here and I have woken up and been bitten by the lazy bug. Comes and visits me about every month! Brought a headache with it. So I'm going to sloth around all day watching mindless TV with my hubby and basically enjoying a day of couch sitting. Then, this evening I'm going to watch a recording of the Noosa triathlon whilst I sit astride my bike on the trainer. I may actually pedal.

Keep on peaching.

If you are anything like me, lists help! Sometimes it seems like there is not enough mins in the day to get it all in but at list with a list or a spreadsheet you can check off and feel somewhat accomplished!

Oh...and I got my peach in today. I rode the trainer for 45 mins in the garage. I had hoped to do more but I think I've come to realize and I am not as 'bike fit' as I had been!

Realistically, I'm not going to get that trainer ride in. I've felt worse as the day went on. Nothing wrong and I know I'll be fine tomorrow...just the joyful way my body sometimes works. Goota luv being a girl!!!

I'll have to try some stretching or core work for my peach. Wonder if I can convince hubby to give me a massage? Probably a snowflakes chance in hell.

Reminder...don't forget to update your peachy minutes on the spreadsheet!

I just updated mine and noticed lots of us are doing great! Woohoo! We are now half way there! November is flying by! Between now and Thanksgiving we all need to work extra hard so we can splurge on turkey day! Mmmm...pumpkin pie!

Planning on doing my 10 miler at the beach today!

I love checking things off of a list -- almost as much as I love updating the challenge spreadsheets!

I got my peach today with a 5k.  This is only my 4th time running since my half ironman in August, since I tore my hamstring.  I got the "ok" from the doc to start running a little, so I can start squeezing some shorter runs in.  I'm very excited about this.

Everyone looks great with all of the peach on their logs

NOTE:  It's amazing how quickly you lose running fitness, but it's going to be so much fun getting it back!!!!!

Oh yeah, starting running again after a lay off is no fun. It feels awful. At least you know that eventually it will feel great which makes you push thru that bit when you feel like you're running with lead boots.

Got peachy today w/ a ride in sunny warm but very windy conditions -- that's ok, I need to get used to wind.  Rode paved trails so it was slow, but worked on keeping cadence high, not that I have any idea if that helps or not, but it was something to do

Celebrating now with Sam Adams Cranberry Lambic.  Hubby hates beer w/ fruit, so I'm helping out with his mixed case :D

I am stuffy, sneezy, and achy but I'm still peachy. 30 minutes of stretching is all I could muster.
