I got a 6 mile run in today.

Not to rub it in but..

It was BEAUTIFUL weather.

It is in the process of turning to crap though

And it is supposed to (four letter s- word) tomorrow night

I we have Dragon boat practice

I bet the wussy women won't want to paddle in the rain/ four-letter-s-word

sigh

I was going to continue to post

but I've run out of things to say

I just got back from another nice rainy run

If the rain stays like it actually is, like a little mist, Ièll go ride out this afternoon. I prefer to ride in some rain than on the trainer ...

Our weather is pretty nice; still a bit breezy but much better than yesterday. Of course, I've got too much going on today to also ride. Did 4+ miles running before breakfast.
