Man while I was swimming latnight I could feel my stiff thighs pinging. Preprogrammed workout on the wall 8 ): Set the swim spa on 50 and warm up for 10 minutes.. Next swim spa on 60 and do 6x1 minute with 15 RI. Swim spa 50 easy for 2 minutes. Swim spa on 55 do 6x1:30 with 20 Ri Swim spa on 65 and do 6x30 seconds with 20 RI Cool down set on 55 swim for 10. Around 49 minutes! Today's 5 mile run should be quite enjoyable, when it stops snowing. Sometimes jogging is easier than walking after a long race. I hope that is true today 8 ), the legs have still not losened up enough for effortless walking. If I make it 2.5 miles I will reach my goal though. |
