This is me most days until I have to drag myself out for these final month of workouts...
What the heck am I going to do once this race is over??? What's your push-up and sit-up challenge?

The challenge is for 10 days in a row .. 6 rounds per day (you have all day to do finish it) 8 pull ups, 40 push ups, 40 situps. It comes out to 528 reps per day!

On a not nearly as fun note... where do you do pull-ups in your house? I can do the sit-ups and push-ups, but I don't have anywhere to do the pull-ups. Pout.
