Yesterday 3 veggies, only one green. Today 4 veggies but again only 1 green. Went for a 4 mile run after work today and ate well all day.

Had a great time back in NJ with my family and at the wedding.  Eating was not so great...and of course throw in a wedding...yikes!  Anyway, back on track today.  My brother and I at the wedding

Today, I had 6 cups of salad greens and 2 servings of mini-zuchhini, green ones of course  I also drank a ton of water, ran for an hour, core for 10 min and 40 minutes of Insanity video.

I use frozen spinach for my eggs, you cam heat them in the microwave.

So far this week I've had about 3 cups or so of mixed frozen veggies ( peas, carrots, green beans, lima beans, corn. ) not sure how many servings of green that is.

I've also had 2 pretty full bowls of salad as well.

Mixed vag bag says 1/2 is a serving, so assuming 50% green ( i think it's a bit more actually ) then that's 5 servings so far and it's wed morning?  Not too bad :p

Really trying to make up for that halloween candy over the weekend too..... :p
