Man I wonder what happened that first 3.5 miles to take 1.5 hrs.  I wonder if he just pushed to hard on the bike but I followed his training and his bike split was nothing crazy but who knows.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, it looks like Aaron & Clint are keeping each other company at the last run split. It also looks like Craig has set himself up nicely to complete his goal.

Allright, kidlets....that's gonna do it for my ironman watching duties. Hopefully everyone has a sense for when their peep is gonna show up at the finish....and I'll update the full sheet tomorrow night. Until then.....

One last update....Steve and Marcy are in good sprits, and are in pretty good shape....they're spectatin and cleaned up as it were.

ChrisM had a bout with vertigo, which cost him....bummer and such.
