Sure does as long as you don't count the bunny hill or sitting in the lodge  Have fun bet the snow is awesome! Got a couple hours in. It was a little colder than normal but was still fun. The snow is a little icy this year. We've had a couple of big storms but the snowpack is still a little low so a lot of it is manmade and not as good as we're used to. |

Skate skiing would be a total waste so far this seaon in "Snowy" Western New York. I am moving!!! LOL If you want snow, you could move to the UP of Michigan. They get a ton of snow, lots of lake effect snow off Lake Superior. |

Yesterday I was going to write that I need to become a Yooper just to see any snow in the mitten, and then we finally got some today! Hooray  |

But I got out for 30 minutes today. It was 11 degrees - woohoo! 150 pts! Hoping to do my long run tomorrow, if not then Monday. Should be another chilly one. Thankfully it's a rare combo of sun and no wind. |

Now every time a move I get a shooting pain in my neck, so I spent the rest of the day on the couch. The worst part is, I didn't get my long ski in today. |

I'm pretty sure England is supposed to be well known for it's cold and wet weather, but it seems England has other ideas this year! Scored some good points this weekend though - brrrrrrrrrrrrrr Dang it. I am never going to catch up with that kind of determination. Regardless, with a week of steady sub 0F temperature with a bit of snow and in windy Calgary, I am going to give it the full court press this week. |
