Not feeling the best today - woke up crappy. Was going to bag the 2 mile run I was going to make up from yesterday. Decided against it. Managed to do 2 + the 1 I lacked from last friday. So 3 more to my total.

Now to a hot bath, drugs and bed for me. Hoping I can fight off the crud early. PT tomorrow morning and another run tomorrow (hoping for 4.2)

Wouldn't pinching those cheeks ruin the contentment???

Hey, I am doing well. Kicking around the idea of scrapping my training plan for the next 6 weeks and starting over with a little more effort. Maybe the increased challenge would shake the doldrums.

Susan, you doing Chilly Cheeks Saturday? I am thinking of going down to volunteer.

You bet I'm doing Chilly Cheeks!!  I'm winning my division so far!  How will I recognize you?

I hope you feel better. I feel your pain, I wouldn't wish what I had on my worse enemy. Just make sure you take it easy and get lots and lots of TLC and rest! That was the the mistake I made you see.

I will go out and run by 9am. I will not put it off any longer. I will run for (gasp) an hour. Running is fun. Running is good. Blah blah blah.

Good morning, Scissors. Welcome to the stream of drivel that is in my brain!

Good Morning Scissors!

I'm glad I waited a day for my run; it was a balmy 20 degrees this morning!

Another good run, although it didn't feel quite as good as Friday. No complaints

Morning all...today I will be out most of the day again. I am going to be moving our corporate office today...and will be going for a swim and run this afternoon. Hoping to swim a good distance and to run just a few miles...which will put me well over the half way mark in reaching my goal...where are you on reaching your goals??

I hope all of you who are not at the 40% mark on our spreadshee that Jen our captain made so easy for us to access - will get those running shoes on and go for a LONG run, walk, jog, wralk, wog...or whatever you do....as nike says....JUST DO IT! ) time to pump up those runs! and catch up! have a good day all!
