Tonight, when I saw my weekly swim plan...i thought my coach was trying to kill me.

I haven't been over 1700 yards in one swim to date this year.

He had me cranking out 2550.

And I was so on fire...I did 2700.

  • ..all in record time, too!

  • So now...I am at 124% of my monthly goal. And I still have one more swim left this week!!

Closer and closer every minute.  You can swim it!

You're right about getting creative on the swim time.  The life guards have also noticed.  I got asked, "So are you training for something or what?"  I told them I was just trying to avoid the pink whip.

They don't talk to me as much anymore.

AlexB - 2008-02-20 9:26 PM Another 3200 tonight. I'll be away from the pool the next 2 days, but will have plenty of time to finish off the last 8500 yards and probably a little more.

Nice job. Challenge you for 4000 on your next workout. let's all shout for 110%

You're on! But, how about 7,200 total over Sat & Sunday? My weekend schedule is kind of in flux at the moment...

I'll take 7,500 for this weekend.

Done - 3,550 on Sat and 4,000 on Sun. Only 950 left to get to 40,000 & I should easily get to 110% by the end of the week

    Keep swimming everyone!

Great job over the weekend! Now let's keep it going we all need to help all the slackers in the team. What ever we do, that is a lot of percentage we need to do this week. go team, let's all hit that 110% so the team can keep their current avatar's.

I'm back!  Last week was a rough week but we nailed the presentation on Thursday and given some good life to our little company.  I took the last couple of days off to recoup (sleep) and reset.

Did 1700 yards this morning, plus throwing in the 250 I did in the backyard pool yesterday. I'm now at 76% and have 2850 yards left that I'll nail down this week.   Too bad we're not going the full week as I have an OWS planned for Sunday!

Great job on the presentation and the swimming. Let's help get us up to 110% my friend, we need your help. Too many people in the lower percentage and we need everyone to pull on this week. Last week for the challenge, and I know you can all do it. GO TEAM.
