Subject: RE: Peachy November ChallengeThanks everybody!!!! I decided to take your advice. Tomorrow is just going to be a walk. Nothing difficult. I've been doing straight training every day. Swim, bike, spin, run, elliptical, weights -- nonstop. Sometime twice in one day. I'm pooped! And there is no joy in mudville. So tomorrow it is going to be a nice little stroll and that's good enough. I was worried about a half I have coming up. But I might do the five-mile run instead. Takes a lot of pressure off because I am not ready and all I was doing was worrying, worrying, worrying. Thanks again. What would I do without you guys!  |
