And another peach down, got my morning run done at -10C this morning. And a bike ride on the trainer is on tap for tonight.

That weather is just there to remind me that in a couple of months here it will be -30C ... I might start to love my threadmill

Thanks everybody!!!!

I decided to take your advice. Tomorrow is just going to be a walk. Nothing difficult. I've been doing straight training every day. Swim, bike, spin, run, elliptical, weights -- nonstop. Sometime twice in one day. I'm pooped! And there is no joy in mudville.

So tomorrow it is going to be a nice little stroll and that's good enough.

I was worried about a half I have coming up. But I might do the five-mile run instead. Takes a lot of pressure off because I am not ready and all I was doing was worrying, worrying, worrying.

Thanks again. What would I do without you guys! Smile

Hi Peaches! As some of you know I have been crawling around in the sewer known as insomnia for the past little while...yuck. But I'm happy to say that I slept last nite which made my tempo run today even peachier!!

Staying peachy.   Started the 20 week HIM program yesterday.   Today was an hour bike in the morning, and a 3100m swim at lunch.

Keep it up fellow BT peaches!

Keeping peachy.  Ran on the dreadmill this morning and strength trained.  Tonight 90 minutes of torture on the bike....which I need....my base is crap-tastic at the moment.

Peachy short easy swim.  Was not as tired as I expected today, but took it easy anyway   Realized just how weak I am at cross training class last night so will be working on that 3x/week.  I was pitiful!  Nowhere to go but up

Sorry I haven't been cheering y'all on. I've barely been staying peachy these days, but the challenge is awesome - it makes me at least get out and walk when all I want to do is go veg out in front of the tv or just go to bed. Thanks for the virtual support that has kept me somewhat sane.

Maybe a mini peach today, (would that be an apricot?) but you will be making pie this weekend. Good luck in your race!
