This is crazy week for us as we have final critiques all week, so I don't get much rest, or time to myself, but it's worth it to see the semester end well.

So, since I feel like dog doo-doo, I am sitting upstairs in the a/c while dear hubby is outside in the 85 degree sun playing gardener...and he feels like he's coming down with my crud. I wish I could help, but anytime I get up and move around for more than 5 minutes, I feel like I'm going to pass out.

I had my bloodwork done for our local health fair and compared the results to those of two years ago. While I wasn't at any serious risk in 2007, I was on my way to health problems, for sure. Going to try to run inside on the treadmill tomorrow.  I'm giving myself another day to heal.  I think that will help.

Artemis - 2009-04-26 5:18 PM I got a DNF at my race today.  Asthma was just too bad and I couldn't breath.  Inhaler didn't work.  I'm not really upset about it.  It seemed like a possibility given how I was feeling this week.

Anyway, my race report is up.  It was nice and short to write.
