Rachel - Great looking family!   That little one looks like troubleInnocent

Tracy - All these years in the military, I could have been polishing my boots and oiling jets with cucumbers?  WOW!
So if cucumbers can be used as a lubricant.........

.................we can use that to pre-moisten our HR straps too........ right?

Also, the "His and Hers" -- worth it.  That is all.

And as long as we are talking about "alternative" uses for products. Is that a cucumber in your pocket or are you just glad to see me?

This information was in The New York Times several weeks ago as part of their "Spotlight on the Home" series that highlighted creative and fanciful ways to solve common problems.

1. Cucumbers contain most of the vitamins you need every day, just one cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc.

2. Feeling tired in the afternoon, put down the caffeinated soda and pick up a cucumber. Cucumbers are a good source of B Vitamins and Carbohydrates that can provide that quick pick-me-up that can last for hours.

Looks like I need to plants lots of Cucumbers in my garden. LOVE IT.

Rachel:  Beautiful family!  Glad you finally figured the pictures out.

HR monitors, etc:  I don't use water or anything else and haven't had any difficulties with it (yet).

What is this Kentucky lubricant everyone is talking about?!?

Well, I was supposed to do a brick this afternoon while the kids were in school.  Instead, I sat in a dentist chair getting a filling fixed.  Fun times.  I can think of much more fun ways to postpone a workout.

Tracy, I passed PMP today, was the hardest certification test I have taken.  I had no idea if I passed until it showed on the screen.

In celebration I am now eating a hamburger, fries and drinking wine (threw away the cork so that means we have to drink it all).

Okay, you are all dust if I hurt myself laughing before I get on the plane tomorrow.

I still need to:

vacuum, dust, clean a few bathrooms, stretch, finish the laundry, finish the list for the 'babysitter family', finalize my Dad's caregiver, change my car pickup time (the flight changed - today), pay the bills, stretch, empty all the trash, cans to the curb, find Jeff's passport, lock up all the alcohol, stretch, docusign my name AND Jeff's for escrow, replace Zach's track spikes, get off teh computer, explain to Zach, and his gf's family  why Zach can't date while I'm gone, PACK...............

Oh, and watch the SHARKS play round 1, game 1 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs......

Linda, you need to have an awesome race so no funny business.  I am living Boston this year through you. (that minute is killing me about now)

Ironmen-  Changed my nutrition this go around and am looking for a good "snack" on the bike.  I have the majority of the calories figured out but am looking for a little something extra.  What did you use?

Beautiful family Rachel.

Sorry I haven't had time to post the workouts yet. Had a few 12 hour days and this is the first time I could sit down at the puter. I'll get them on as soon as I can.

Did I miss the who's racing this weekend???

I should probably go back and look it up but not going to. Good luck to anyone racing this week.

We get proposals all the time where the PM's have to have PMP so good to have for those.  plus I've been having fun telling people I'm a certified PiMP.
