Icing skating? Awesome...I haven't done that in awhile!! I used to play hockey all through school right up until I graduated high school. Oh how I miss it! I slept in this morning but managed to get a strenght session in tonight right after work. Good job everyone. |

Elite 3595 Quebec, Canada | Subject: RE: Peachy November Challenge Isn't it great to run outside at that time of the year, here it was 19 with 12mph wind this morning when I headed out to run. And the worst part is that I am on a run/walk program so when I walk I get cold. But runing outside is way better for my sanity then on the threadmill, so I accept it because soon it will be like -20F around here and I have to get used to the colder temp But I got my peach for today Have a great day everyone |
