I think the reason I opted for the HM as opposed to the 10k was 75% better route and 25% the bling. Maybe 70-30

I hardly ever lube my chain, but then again, I don't ride in the rain and I'm not really good at cleaning my bike.

Here it is:

I'm the one in green. My friend showed up and coerced her kid to take the pic--the only noe I have of this costume--just your average every day monster... and yup, prouid to say I designed and made that costume!

That is very impressive, and definitely not average!!!

Also, anybody can do the ever-popular and oh-so-cheesy skank-type costumes. You pull off a classic but original monster very well!

BTW what was your sister for Halloween? Laughing

Um addicting! I can't even buy em or I eat them all. The honey isn't as good as the strawberry but pretty amazing nonetheless.

They always pass them out at the fun runs I go to on first Thursday.

I didn't want to run, but I did it anyway.  It was only 15 minutes, but at least I did it.  Hopefully that counts for something.

Marathon training starts on the 14th!  Looking forward to it

There's a plan that's free from the marathon site.  I can attach it here, I think.

ETA: It's too big, but it's the beginner plan here.  Looks decent but I am open to suggestions.

Bangkok Skank (sounds like a bad rap song to me)

That is, she was herself, in Bangkok.

I agree with the addicting part! I must, respectfully, disagree on the flavor.  My faves, in order of preference, are:

1) CHOCOLATE

2) Lemon or honey (a tie)

3) Vanilla

4) Strawberry
