I am working out hard - but eatting harder. I need to get with it. I keep sabotaging myself.
It is frustrating to me that I am so week mentally when it comes to food.

OK, so it's 141 today. We'll see what happens, but as I said in my opener, I'm feeling pretty stoked just to be back to this area of the scale. The Skinnies will keep me honest

I just said to a gal at the gym, I'm back to weighing abt 3x a week. It's weird, they say, oh, do it once a week, but boy a week of badness goes by and then I'm like "hmm, nah, let's not" and before you know a few lbs. turn into 10 and so on......

Thanks everybody for hanging in there. Just knowing you're out there keeps me going....

Yay lost the couple I gained midweek and made my goal for March. Now I just need to make sure I don't go on a binge because "I'm doing so good I can treat myself" gets me in trouble every time.

Yesterday afternoon after getting to the hotel, I immediately put on my swimsuit and went for a swim. Do you know how hard it is to do laps in a pool that is only 30 feet long? 

I have a swim tether that works great in hotel pools. You just attach it to the ladder, then put the belt around your waist and it works sort of like a swim treadmill. It takes a couple swims to get used to it, but once you do it's fantastic. Also, simulates open water swimming better than doing laps since you don't have to turn. The one I have is the "aquacise swim in place" and I love it! Would highly recommend it for swimming in smaller pools and travel.

Things are working well for me and I've lost about an inch (compared to last month) from just about everywhere.  So, I can now officially report that I am 1" less round.

I am extremely frustrated. I felt I worked out very hard again this week and ate very moderately and what do I get for my efforts?

Last week 153.8.
This week 153.6.

Its just frustrating, b/c if I"m not going to lose the weight then I might as well eat out at restaurants the way I want to, but don't so that I can lose weight.

Very very frustrating. the only minor good thing is that my scale shows that my body fat percentage has dropped slightly from the beginning of the month. So maybe I am gaining a little muscle.

I am back on track, finally under 250 for the first time in a long time (even though it is just a tiny bit, I am still under!), and a good loss this week.

Unfortunately that puts me down less than one pound for the entire month of March, which is obviously not close to my goal. But I am not letting that get to me, April will be better!!

I'm getting a little sea sick with all this up and down crap. On a lighter note, almost done with the 90 day boot camp. I think next fiday is day 90 or so. I'll have updated pix by then. Though, I'm not sure there's going to be much difference from day 60 pix. I certainly can't tell. One thing I have noticed is, within the last two wks I'm taking more and more days off vs. doing 6x/days/wk. It's more like I'm doubling down or tripling down on 3-4 days/wk, to make up for lost time, increasing the likelihood I'll take off more in wks to come. I need to get back to shortening the training instead of burning out from it...

0.2 is a weight loss so all's good. And I know how frustrating that is (been there not so long ago)- but you're doing all the right things and your body just needs to catch up with your mind on the way to fitness/ being thinner.
