I had a barbecue stain on my white tee shirt
She was killing me in that miniskirt. (And the sprinters butt)

I added that last part but I suspect Tim appreciates sprinters butts!!,

I saw Naughty by Nature in concert a couple of years ago, so yeah.  Surprised

What?!  Tim likes sprinters' butts?  Chunga, Faith has just about everything else--stunning, really--but she most certainly has no sprinter's azz.

Now two flags fly above my land that really sum up how I feel
One is the colors that fly high and proud
The red, the white, the blue
The other ones got a rattlesnake with a simple statement made
"Don't tread on me" is what it says and I'll take that to my grave

They were part of an all day concert lineup with other 90s bands like Marcy Playground, Lit, Fuel, Ed Kowalczyk (Live singer), Presidents, Everclear, and Third Eye Blind.  And in his mid 50s Billy Idol.  I'm not sure how NBN fit in with the mostly-alternative/grunge lineup but it worked.  They were one of the best shows.

<Yet another Editor's note:  Mike might have been a little, uh, hammered by the time NBN came on, so you might want to take his review with a shaker of salt.  Though it was funny watching him trying to relive his youth in the mosh pit.>

I have a question.Yesterday I was up at 6 am in order to build a wall in my garden. 100 concrete blocks laid, 1/2 a ton of sand used and plenty of twisting, leaning, lifting of these concrete blocks. Finished at 1230 pm in time to grab a bite to eat, have a bath, and get to work by 2:30 pm. Managed to get home and in bed by 0330 am the following morning. I really had no time to do my specific core workout, but can not bring myself to say my "wall building" is classed as my core workout for the day. So, my question is, do I class this as a missed day, count it as completed or do 20 minutes tonight?

I love this group, btw.  Very fun group of people.

Me too....as the 100 days draws near I say we brainstorm on what the next challenge for this group will be.  Then we can continue to motivate each other!  Let's see...100 days of butts?  100 days of shoulders?

Agreed.  Great idea Noelle.

Butts.  I vote for butts.

If I do 100 days of shoulders it won't be pretty.

No one wants to see that pic. NO ONE!!!!! It is scary enough that I am a MAMIL, but at least stuff is covered. My butt on it's own has few redeeming qualities!

....

Heck yes you count that $hit!  I'm trying to decide if you get it to count as two days instead of one!  Only if you post a pic of the finished product Wink

You used every core muscle and then some.  I say this is functional core training and counts!
