Made by what I think is a local company, they do all sorts of cool clothes and swimwear too, called 69SLAM. The whole fam be fans.

oooooh-la-la! Miss Yantilickish You may be ready for IMJAPAN, but is it ready for you???

You should let that midriff out to see the sun a little more often.Cool  Just sayin' Tongue out

LOL! I certainly can't speak and as a fellow PacNWer, you probably can't either!

Check out Canada in the back there:

Is that a dig at her midriff or her placing? Yell  I watched that heat...

And I don't show mine period.  But it is not as purty as yours or Yantis Laughing

Not a dig at all, just noting another white-as-hellz-sistah

Do not, as I did, ignore that reflexive part of your brain that says the coffee cup is not level as you are putting it down.  You will end up with a mess and a ruined desk calendar.  /PSA

Wow, I try to get some work done this morning and you guys go even more crazy on the posts than usual!Erin: Sweet bike. Sorry I can't hep on the naming - I've never named a bike before, so I don't know the ground rules. Oh, I love that yoga was playing on your TV!

Jo: congrats on sticking with the biking. You are conquering your fear!

Tom: I have made a mental note not to eat a bunch of Indian food before a work out. Thanks.

Delta: welcome to BT. As others have said, unless you are doing an iron man, there is no place to change and nudity is not allowed . So, get yourself a pair of tri shorts and a top or a tri suit.

Kate: sorry to hear about your mom. Thinking and sending healing thoughts. I can't help you with your issue, but blood work is probably a good idea.

Janyne: Loved the Hannah and Emma story! When I got Gunnar - he was 7 weeks old, my then other dog Willie felt the same way towards him as Hannah did to Emma. Especially, since the very first night Gunnar walked on Willie's head as Willie lay down, scooched himself behind Willie and then pushed Willie away from his spot! From that point on, Gunnar was nothing but a big trouble maker!

phew, I think I'm caught up now!

Our friend that passed away from ALS is being honored tonight at the WNBA game as a woman of inspiration. A bunch of us are going to celebrate. Should be pretty cool!!

Between that, my women's only triathlon this weekend, the fact that I am reading Lean In - Women, Work, and the Will to Lead and taking a lot of baths lately I'm feeling exceptionally lady-like. Surprised

A tear and high-five for Mo.

I'll give you lady-like. I think we're both on for coconut bras. For the Yanti Salty Coconut Bra Full Contact AquaTri & Spectator Drinking Game!!! It's time!

Also, I called you out in my blog today. Just thought I'd letcha know.

Woah-ho-ho! That is two challenges in a week! I will take you up on a chili-mile for sure! Just as I will take Monica up on the poutine mile. USA vs the rest of the world!!!!

Dude - it's ON!!!  However... because you're so much faster than I am, I think you should have to go backwards or hop on one leg for the run portion of the poutine mile.

Yeah, but you are Canadian therefore predisposed to efficient poutine eating.

This is true, it's genetically coded in all of us.  As is the ability to wrestle moose, ice skate, and tap a maple tree for sap.

I knew it!

Ooh, ooh, ooh.  You just gave me an idea for a Canadianathon!

  1. Put on your touque.
  2. Poutine 'mile'--each lap is a lap around the outdoor hockey rink
  3. At the end of the mile you have to tap the maple tree and make Tire Sur Neige.

Brilliant!

Huh?!

I am doing a women's only tri next weekend. There are waves starting from 7:00 to about 7:15 am. They are doing the awards at 10:30 to give everyone a chance to finish. I'm all for the touchy-feely-include-everyone vibe but it's. a. sprint!!!!!!!!

Ughhh that's how ours will be too. Not to mention I nearly ALWAYS ditch out on awards.

What's worse is that this event it's required that you take a shuttle because parking is limited which means I'll be stuck on touchy-feely island until the very end.

I'm currently researching every last option to avoid this.

Yeah, DH offered to come with me to estrogen-fest. I told him I appreciate the support but would spare him the agony. Laughing

They are, however, giving out bracelets in place of finishers medals. I thought that was creative. And it's a fundraiser for a local women's shelter. Also cool.

Very cool find and what a cute little critter!!

What I find funny is that this "newly" found critter has been in zoos for years!

Little did Helgen and company know, this little critter has been hiding in plain sight. For years, museum curators, zoo keepers and researchers mistook the olinguitos for their relatives, the known and named olingos.

What I find funny is that this "newly" found critter has been in zoos for years!

Little did Helgen and company know, this little critter has been hiding in plain sight. For years, museum curators, zoo keepers and researchers mistook the olinguitos for their relatives, the known and named olingos.

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...don't ask if it is an olinguito...

Since you will already be in HM shape and all: http://www.databarevents.com/saltys.asp

CryConference and Strategic plan meeting that weekend.

ETA: which was rescheduled around my trip to Europe...

Oh! That sounds fun!

I think you forgot a little sumpin' there.
