Morning Ladies...Just checking in while I am getting DG-D ready for the bus.  Headed to spin class this morning then a 3 mile run back to the house.  Sunny and 70 here in ATL so no excuses.

I am feeling good.  Legs took a little to return, but they are back.  Went for a ride this morning with my out of shape husband....what is the etiquette for dropping a spouse?  I so wanted to, but figured for the sake of my marriage a training ride could wait.

Feeling rather achey. My easy Tuesday morning spin seemed to help loosen thing up. Last night, however, I started getting chills and whole body aches. The flu-like kind, not the after triathlon kind. I've skipped today's run and stayed home from work. Not sure when I can pickup the workout schedule again. Do I have any options to lower my goals at this point in the month?

good job Steve.... now that the D G-D is at school...time to whip out that camera and take those pics of those legs!! still waiting!

I've been getting a lot of questions about penalties for the losers.  The two teams with the lowest overall percentages for the month will have to change their avatar to something with a flower (April showers bring May flowers...).  If you are on a losing team, it doesn't matter what your percentages are, just that you are on one of the teams with the lowest percentage.

.....and you are another one that needs to post pics of your trip! look forward to seeing my old stomping grounds....amazing terrain is it not? Not sure if you made it to Allyeska...but my goodness talk about straight up and down! that is the most vertical ski mtn I have ever witnessed! we had to actually go and rent an airplane to see sites....was fabulous...we would tell the pilot dip to the right or left for great picture ops! look forward to seeing the change....it has been 20 years since I have been there!

Yes, we did go to Alyeska!  That is one mother effen steep mountain!!!!!  Yikes!!!!  My husband was salivating!  He wanted to ski......BAD!!!!  We didn't take our stuff, though.  Maybe next year.

Headed to the baseball field...we have to win 4 of the next 4 to make the playoffs...That is a possibility...if the Dumba$$ pitching coach doesn't screw things up for us 

Swimming tomorrow morning and meeting with a former co-worker of mine who may be the fastest fireman I have ever known (2:26:10 Marathon....WOW)  He is going to help me with my plan for my Mary next January...I am STOKED.

That's pretty good.  I had to go and look them up.  They're kind of pretty.  That being said, let's go team!  We don't want to be labeled "pansies" for the whole month of May!
