OK - going home.  UGA plays Stanford tonight in the winners bracket of the College World Series (6PM CST).  All should be watching and cheering for the Dawgs.  No excuses will be accepted (not even from Stanford alumnus).

What's really amusing is how many times I catch YOUR spelling errors around here ... but you are very gracious about it (whereas I'm not, 'cause if I were, I wouldn't point them out in the first place).

Mine are actually dyslexia, which is getting worse as I get older. I figure some morning I'm going to get up, head to the bathroom, and Mr. Happy is going to disappear in a puff of dust like a vampire or something.

Then something REALLY vital will probably fail next... like my brain.

Wait, your dyslexia makes you mix up your Happy with your brain ... never mind.

Erm... methinks bruh is a little confused on what part of the body dyslexia affects.

What's the difference? I live in Virginia, but I cannot keep track of all the different barbecue types for anything.

There is only one decent BBQ place up here... yesterday I went and ate a plate with a quarter chicken, pulled pork, brisket, a steak, AND a quarter rack of ribs. All quite good.

I wish there were more BBQ up here because that one place charges ridiculous amounts for their stuff.

I'm no connoiseur, I just ate a lot of barbecue in the South.

EAST Carolina barbecue has a tangier sauce due to the vinegar. (I think there are four main types of Carolina barbecue, but ALL use pulled pork).

The closer you get to Louisiana/Mississippi, the sauces are still tomato-based and sweet but get HOTTER.

Memphis-style is tomato and sweet.

That's about all I can think of.

Right now, that's ALL I can think of.

Also, the farther west you get, the more brisket and ribs come into play.
