Never trust a big butt and a smile, that girl is poison.

Double today.

Had to move my belongings into a new house, had to skip workout.

1 done this morning, about to hit it again after the kids fall asleep.

DAY 5 (again) 2 days until a pic.

I'm not gonna badger you or anything, but I just can't believe there's anything you're self-conscious about.  Well, anything that you should be self-conscious about.

It sounds like you've really had a grind.  Moving sucks.  I'm very impressed you're still knockin out core through it.

Another day in. Swam with noelle and some other Michigan BTers, then tried to go for a bike before finding a bad chain problem. Pulled out a 2 mile run to test my calf. Then, inspired by Noelle, dropped 10 minutes of core work right there in the park.

BRENDA got a big ole butt, I know I told you I'd be true, But BRENDA got a big ole butt, So I'm leavin' you.

Found one, don't think it has been posted..

"Shake ya
But watch ya self
Shake ya
Show me what you workin with"

Plank Jack... Plank with jumping jack move

Start in plank position feet together
Jump your feet off the floor, spread your legs into a V
Jump your feet off the floor bring feet back together
Repeat....

Make sure to keep your back flat and core engaged so that you do not slouch or arch up. I find that I cannot do a minute straight yet with perfect form. I have to take a quick 1 or 2 second breather during my set.

Was totally psyched to stick to every day this week and not have to catch up! Then yesterday I worked 10 hours, gave blood and then found myself unable to do more than eat dinner and go to sleep. Dang. But, that's alright. That just gives me another chance next week to hit everyday. Glad this challenge is more than a week long.

Come on, let me see you shake your tail feather
Come on, let me see you shake your tail feather
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Twistin'! Shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it baby!

Oh, pssh no, not self-conscious.

Although I should be lol I had some pretty major surgeries, apparently laparoscopic surgery wasn't an option. And that makes it THAT much more difficult for abdominal strength.
