So sorry Spriite - just added your 12.2 miles running. I let Shawn know so it WILL be reflected in our team results! Again, really sorry about that!

Hello Monica

I'm not too sure what is going on with mine - I think you put some of it in KMs, but then changed other parts to miles - for instance the running.  I ran 24.8 KM, but you put 15 something, which would be it converted into miles...anyway, if you have time to take a look that would be great!  (sorry I'm Canadian and confusing..haha)

hi everybody! Just checking in. How are we all doing meeting our weekly goals? I am happy to say my running is coming along well, but my biking is slow to progress. But, that being said I do have a 20 miler scheduled for Saturday, befor the big game (LSU / AU). After that, its gonna be a slow week next week to keep the legs fresh for our race next weekend. Another 6 mile run today, a swim tomorrow, 20 mile bike sat, and then rest sunday. What have y'all been up to?

GO WEEVILS!

Monica

Great job, Monica!  I've had a slow start to my week - I added 14 miles on the trainer and 3 miles last night running.  Here's the plan through the weekend -

Thursday - trainer ride - 14 miles

Friday - 2500 yd swim, 3 mile run

Saturday - 16 mile bike, weights

Sunday - 14 mile bike, OWS w/ some fellow BT'ers - not sure how far yet

Good luck with the rest of your week, team!

I know this doesn't help the team totals, but I got my first run since the ankle injury in last night. Felt OK last night and this morning!

That is awesome. Must feel good to get back at it. Are you done for the season? If so, what are your "off season" plans?
