I'm in, if y'all will have me!  I'm in the middle of marathon training, and have been neglecting all my mid-week runs, so this should get me motivated to get out there!

I will pledge 95 miles.  That'll be the most I've ever run in one month ever!

Good luck to all of you! I won't be joining you since I'm tapering right now and have an indoor tri in 2 weeks. But I want to be in on a March challenge. Good luck!

Got my first run in this evening.  Tomorrow I'm off to the Chicago Sail Expo so it's a "rest" day for me.

Hey Ray,

Reporting miles (rest day tomorrow).  Didn't know if you wanted us to report them on this thread, or PM you.

21.97 miles for Feb 1-4 (round up or down, your choice).  Yeah, I know, I set my goals too low for this month.  Live and learn.

Hope you had a great time at the Sail Expo...

Reporting here as well - as tomorrow I'll be RESTING -

Got 14.33 done from February 1-4th - so I should be a little head of schedule - good cushion for anything (like the weather here in Colorado) that might pop up later in the month to mess with my run schedule.

Happy Running - MidWest - is the BEST.

I think I proved my dedication to this Challenge and to the Midwest team yesterday.  It was raining/snowing and I got out there and got my run in anyway!  I was soaking wet at the end but it was still a nice run!

Go Midwest Team!  Nothing can slow us down!

Way to go Kimta! I ran my LT test in the flurries yesterday. Debated whether a long-sleeve shirt or sweatshirt was the right choice.

192 minutes for the month so far.

The last column %G / %T is how far your along your goal verse the amount of time gone in the month.  So anyone over 100% is on or above schedule to meeting their goal.

I am just getting to the internet for the first time all day. I got in a 4.5 mile run this afternoon, so my total is 9.5 so far---don't know if that makes a difference for your overall chart or if you'll just look at totals....

Also---I should add that I ran in 20 mph winds with some sort of frozen precipitation spitting at me. This Midwest Team is tough! We will win!!!

Awesome job Bettylou!  Looks like a little rain/sleet/snow/wind and a little cold weather is not going to slow down the Midwest Team at all!  Bring it on!!!
