Expert 626 Las Vegas, NV | Subject: RE: August '07 Challenge - Swim / Run Let's keep the results coming in everyone. If you don't report it, we will be going to your logs, and verifying the results anyway, so don't forget to keep your training log filled in. Happy Monday to all, and Happy Training!! We should know by tonight (or tomorow morning with a issue I raised down the page) were we stand from the first week results.I think the guys are ahead right now!! Better get your miles / yardage in boy's, I want to see those great girls in a bikini when we are done!! Another issue, it appears that a lot of people don't look at this site on weekend, so, do we want to have training go from Monday through Sunday for simplicity? Have until 1400 on Mondays to log your weekend training, and we will have the spread sheet update up by Tuesday Morning? How does this sound? One more day to register for this challenge! If anyone is still interested, make a finite decision, and make a commitment!! All rules will be final as off tomorow morning!! Know, following is the latest update on the roster as of 8/6/07 07:29 PST

Expert 626 Las Vegas, NV | Subject: RE: August '07 Challenge - Swim / Run Great job guys, I like what I see. But a few of us need a kick in the A$$, so we can make sure that we cremat those girls, and that they all wear a bikini for the whole month of september!! The following need to up their Swims: kleinrider, saling4, wsm9363, So Fresh So Clean The following need to up their Runs: soloryder, Daremo, KarlHungus, OUCH!! The following need to get their A$$'s moving in both: Donto, Shermbell, feliperubio Let's go gentleman, get rolling. I noticed that some of us are in the less than 7% so far, and that means you are 50% behind already in the first week. Let's get rolling, and move on. I know, this is also to help each other get back in shape. If that, then let's get rolling. Happy training, and look forward to see how we do later this weekend. Good luck to anyone racing this weekend. |

Expert 1023 Ft Gordon, GA | Subject: RE: August '07 Challenge - Swim / Run I am not supposed to be running at all at this point. I did a short run this weekend to check out the leg. Ortho said to stay off it until the end of this week. I usually run around 10 to 15 miles per week so once I am up to speed I should be able to make my miles easily. But not if I push it before the leg is healed! Thanks |

Expert 626 Las Vegas, NV | Subject: RE: August '07 Challenge - Swim / Run enders shadow, Welcome to the challeng. Donto, please make sure you add her to the roster. Now, all we need by the end of the day, is two more lady's, and we will be even on the challenge. This is going to be a great month. And lady's, I would start shopping for that new two piece speedo (or any other manufacturer's, TYR, DeDoto, 2XU, etc... which ever one you think will be fine for you.) I'm looking forward to the end of the month. Cheers' |

Expert 626 Las Vegas, NV | Subject: RE: August '07 Challenge - Swim / Run You are more than welcome. Swimming is my strong point, but running was my weakest point, and currently working on it. So I tought we should balance it to push all. Swimming is a great leg stretcher when running, so combining the two was only logical. |

Expert 640 Montreal | Subject: RE: August '07 Challenge - Swim / Run As it stands today, I need 2006m swim and 1.5 km run to complete my goals. The water in the pool is starting to cool down fast. They have stopped heating it. I'm hoping for a warm weekend to get-er-done. |
