I think you'll have to do 29.2- sorry.  I can't be nice and compromise on this one too, or else the whole entire purpose of my special day will be miscontstrued.

Seriously, I am getting on a plane right after work, I wont be able to ride. Will you accept 29 minutes on the trainer in the morning??? I won't ride the time it will take me to do 29 miles in the morning because I'd have to get up way too early.

Actually, yes. What Janelle doesn't let on is that SHE is a talker! She LOVES to talk... Jim can back me up on this one. Janelle, its ok, I like talking to you.

LOL- when me and Comet are together there's no dead air.  We are both gasping for air- we keep the conversation going that's for sure!

We're working on it.  It takes time to build a base though...you should know that- you're the tri coach!

You're right- check out my training log and my swim times from last night.  There I was, alone, in the pool, all by myself, nobody to talk to, only starting at the black line, and I had an excellent workout. I'm not fast, but I am by far faster and more efficient than I was in January.  So maybe you're right...I alwasy talk on my group rides with people, maybe that's my problem!
