I think that I may have just found an image for our table.   

Yanti-You know how much we all adore you...and your knockers are very festive in this pic.

I need to turn in-I am going to be up in less than seven hours for my first run of the month.

I think it would be phrased  'knocking knockers'

I think that a   {{{{{{knocker knock}}}}}}  is a speedier, more energetic version of a {{{{{Melon Press}}}}}

But they should be given with caution...too much enthusiasm can lead to injury.

Day 1

a Good Morning Knocker Knock to all. Who wants to try their had at a team table?

All I want for x-mas............er.....i mean...........um.........day 1 of the challenge, yeah thats it!!!

Just looked through last night's posts...Wow, what a morning wake up!

I got out and did my first run of the month. It was more mild this morning but surprisingly windy. Had a pretty good run. I'll be back at it on Thursday.

I think I'm good-I figured out a way to speed up the process-and not have a huge HTML mess when I'm done.  

I am a little anal about having proper html-none of the extra carp that the editors put in.
