I think that a   {{{{{{knocker knock}}}}}}  is a speedier, more energetic version of a {{{{{Melon Press}}}}}

But they should be given with caution...too much enthusiasm can lead to injury.

It would probably be a better greeting than farewell.

Wow, this thread certainly picked up last night. For some reason I'm now in the Xmas mood!

Weighed in at 184 this morning so goal by 12/31 is 174. Since I raced up through September at 175 some of this weight should come off fairly easily.

Just looked through last night's posts...Wow, what a morning wake up!

I got out and did my first run of the month. It was more mild this morning but surprisingly windy. Had a pretty good run. I'll be back at it on Thursday.

I will put together a team table, but it might take me a couple of days.  I am super busy.  I have finals the next two weeks...and I am moving.

Melissa -

Let me know if you need help. I can help with a table if we decide on a picture.

Thanks,

I think I'm good-I figured out a way to speed up the process-and not have a huge HTML mess when I'm done.

I am a little anal about having proper html-none of the extra carp that the editors put in.
