Get used to riding in the heat? Get used to riding really hard on the bike and running like 6 miles off the bike? Get used to getting crushed by a crappy current in the Chopatank? |

You can do some semi flat course around the Pasadena area. Friend and I do that every now and then to get familar with the flat course. Little closer for most of us then going across the bridge. |

Yes, but I'm trying to think positive. No 2:15 hr bike for me (unless we race clearwater style  ) As of today I think a 2:20 hr bike + sub 1:20hr run = 3:40 hrs is doable with the added bonus that I'll beating GPS on the swim! |
