Subject: RE: bEASTies TWO - March Winds ChallengeHad to update the spreadsheet before I went to bed and I am at 100% for my bike and swim, 150% for strength (totally underestimated how much I go to pump! ) and less then 3 miles for my run to be at 100%. The plan still calls for a ride (was supposed to do that today but running kids took priority ) want to do it outside if the weather is as nice as they say. Will turn it into a brick to finish off the run but also have 4 miles for Tuesday, and will swim on Monday. I am very pleased with myself in this is the first time that I have stuck to the plan! Going to bed for real this time! |
