Subject: RE: November GHOULISHHi all late on the scene here. I recognize a few here. I started with BT about 3 years ago and have worked my way up with a couple maries, HIMs and IMs under my belt. I pulled a number of muscles, sprained a wrist, broke a collarbone in 5 pieces that needed to be plated about 2 months ago. However Boston is in 6 months, so after 2-3 months of not really being able to do much I get to rebuild. My goal is 100 miles run this month as I am out of town a lot and sadly a 9 mile run is now my long run and no longer a decent mid week jaunt. My steady pace for the longer runs is down around 9:10 or so from 10:00 ish and short runs 3-5 miles down to 8:10-8:15 pace down from 9:00 ish. I started with my half mile repeats under a 7:00 mpm pace and am up to ya well 2 now. Ugh, a long road to being fit again. I got back on my bike for the first time Wed (on the trainer ) and getting into aero position is, um... interesting with my tight and damaged muscles. Anyway happy to be in a challenge for the first time in 6 months ish. Hope to be able to figure out the spreadsheet thing. |
