On the spreadsheet I can highlight the cell but it won't let me type anything in.  Any suggestions?

No idea. If you post your goals I'll put them in for you.

It wouldn't be a challenge spreadsheet if it worked perfectly the first time

I had a problem with the spreadsheet at first also, it was "view only". I clicked "log in" on the upper right, luckily it had saved the login password from a provious challenge (couldn't tell what it was.)

Yah, just click on "log in" and it will work. All of the spreadsheets use the same password.

Check in the very top right corner of of the spread sheet. There should be a blue "sign in" line. Literally just the words "sign in".
Click on those.
It should come up with the user name and password already filled out. Just click and you should be able to enter your info.

Hi all late on the scene here.  I recognize a few here.  I started with BT about 3 years ago and have worked my way up with a couple maries, HIMs and IMs under my belt.  I pulled a number of muscles, sprained a wrist, broke a collarbone in 5 pieces that needed to be plated about 2 months ago.  However Boston is in 6 months, so after 2-3 months of not really being able to do much I get to rebuild.  My goal is 100 miles run this month as I am out of town a lot and sadly a 9 mile run is now my long run and no longer a decent mid week jaunt.

My steady pace for the longer runs is down around 9:10 or so from 10:00 ish and short runs 3-5 miles down to 8:10-8:15 pace down from 9:00 ish.  I started with my half mile repeats under a 7:00 mpm pace and am up to ya well 2 now.  Ugh, a long road to being fit again.  I got back on my bike for the first time Wed (on the trainer) and getting into aero position is, um... interesting with my tight and damaged muscles.

Anyway happy to be in a challenge for the first time in 6 months ish.  Hope to be able to figure out the spreadsheet thing.

Got my first run of the month in.  This week was a slow start but that was planned.  But I did miss my "swim or bike" session Thursday.  Frown  I will have to find a way to make it up.

I don't want to make anything up so I am trying to stick with the goals as scheduled.  How is everyone else doing?  The hardest part I found was using the spread sheet.Laughing    Good thing someone knows how.

After a jacked up week last week, I am back on track.  I got a run done this morning and I plan to ride the trainer later today while either watching my Patriots kick some Cleveland rear or while doing some school reading.  Have a great Sunday everyone!

Another run in today. The ganglion cyst in my foot is acting up. It needs to just STOP. I have a HM in two weeks and I am not prepared as it is.

Happy Sunday. After a week of icing various aching parts of my legs and feet, I re-entered the active life. 1st time at the pool in months. It wasn't pretty.
