It's a small crowd, it's very flat, and the distances are shorter than some of the other local sprints. Just stretch out well after the Oak Barrel (I hear there's a sizeable hill), do you do the ice bath thing (?), and wake up Sunday and say to yourself "Self, I think I'll go for a little swim today, then maybe I'll ride my bike a bit, then perhaps a 3.14 mile jog to finish my day!" It'll be a nice way to get your feet wet in this whole tri business. |
