I put in another 2,000 this morning -- so that should leave only 2,000 (<15%) of my total remaining! 

Looking forward to seeing everyone's final stats...hang in there till (and for the over-achievers past?! ) the end.

I haven't heard anything about a January Swim Challenge. Start a thread about it and see who's up for it. I'll do it again. This was my second highest swim volume in a month ever.

I have just 3100 yds more to go...two long or three short swims...but I'll get it in...and it will be my most swimming month ever which is amazing since I was sick and hurt most all the month.

You guys are awesome!!

I finished my goal for the month with 2000 yds + 500 bonus yds last night at the Harvard pool.  Those folks know how to make a pool really big and intimidating -- even the water felt more dense there than at my usual pool!  Harvard, dense?  Never!  LOL

Let's wrap it up team...go for the win, get those laps done.

I did it!! I swam 2100 yds this morning to hit my goal for the month and  a personal yardage record for the month, week and day!!

I even swam my fastest 50 and 100 this month. Will this pay big dividends next summer when I tri so I don't get out of the water last any more?

Way to go Kathy!!! I am proud of how you came through for us in the end. 

And yes, I bet that your "last out of the swim" days are over for good...

Any other last finishers out there?  Are we done yet??

I.... just.... finish.... my.... goal! MAN it was hard, and not because of the distance but cuz I travel to Cancun (yes it is awful around here with all the nice sunny weather!) and almost every pool in town is closed until Monday. I figured I could do easily do OW swim but I am not sure about the rules, plus I was not going to be sure about the distance covered. anyway last 2500 yards are in the books and I am 100% done!
