Hey guys! Just following up with the spreadsheets.

It looks like your team has one set up already. (Thank you, Scott!)

You should be able to just click the link below and update it.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0An7ZkKfHG1L1dHU4TWtPYUp...

Let me know if you have any problems. Good luck with the Challenge!

Dee

Do you guys mind if Team Blanco/Cannondale piggy-backs on to the bottom of your spreadsheet ?

I have added my data, but will be happy to delete it if you guys don't want the Winning Team on your
stuff.

Is it better to beg forgiveness or ask for permission ?

You know, it would probably be cool to have just one spreadsheet, than you can see where everyone else in the peloton is.

sounds like a good idea to me - but I'm hopeless with spreadsheets so I'll leave the set up to someone else!!

11 stages and 8.75 hours in the books.  About 16 minutes behind plan.  Volume ramps up a bit now that I'm all warmed up.  Foot in mouth

Why don't we set up tabs for each team?  I can do that.  We can always delete the tabs if we want to.

1:19 and about 24 miles done today.  Gained 3', so only 13' behind goal now.   Got a top 25 Strava segment, too (out of over 150).  Woot!

Nice, I like what you did with the Tour % complete to give a percentage change on the rest days.

I put that in... Before it was tied to cell D5, which didn't make any sense... And I really wanted to see how far along I should be in relation to the actual TdF. (I like numbers...)

50' of RPM class today, 6' below plan so I'm back to 22' behind goal.  I'll make it up this weekend for sure, if my legs don't fall off first.

I completed my 10th stage today.  I committed to 12 stages and 22 hours.  I have a bit of a problem because I'm going to end up with 13 stages and about 30 hours.  Is there anything that I need to do to fix this?  I'm supposed to ride Wednesday (2-ish hour group ride), Thursday (2 hour ride) and Saturday (4 hour ride).

You can do one of two things. Leave your goals and just exceed them (no bonus for going over), increase your goals and encourage yourself to meet them.
either way - great job this month!!!

I ended up with a schedule, then weather induced rest day yesterday. Got out today for an little over an hour - 25 minutes test riding a trek cobia. Was fun time.

Great job Janyne! You've really rocked this challenge!

Stage 7 and another 26 miles done in my duathlon today. I'm gonna try to get my last 3 stages in Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, so hopefully the weather cooperates!

Two more stages in...1 hour trainer Saturday morning and 1:40 out on the roads (for what passes for mountains around here, in honor of the TdF Mont Ventoux climb yesterday).  Day off for TdF and for me, then six straight days to the finish!

15 stages, about 13:40:00 done so far.  I'm about 20' behind my overall goal...might make it up on Wednesday.

Not exactly. I'm a strong swimmer, so when they cancelled the swim and turned it into a Du I considered dropping the race. I'm ok with how I performed, though. Felt really strong on the bike (which is a new feeling), and I still enjoyed the race, so all's good!
