Accomplished both although I didn't go quite as long I wanted. Additionally, my legs just weren't there today so I had to keep more of a mental focus and just HTFU.
Tomorrow will be an rest day and a day to enjoy hubby's birthday. Then hopefully I can move intervals up from Tuesday to the holiday so I won't have to get up so early in the morn on Tues. |
