As a lifelong Niner fan I'm amazed at all the people coming out with the dislike of their team and Kaep. It's new for us Niner fans to be disliked by so many. Kind of strange. It must be the bicep kissing thing.

But then again, a ton of people hate the Seahawks for their trash talking D, dislike the Pats for their Coach, and the Broncos for uh, uh....I'll have to look into if people hate the Broncos. I know people dislike Manning but that's because he's good.

I just hope we can keep bringing the Niner hate for three more weeks.

Of the remaining teams, I greatly dislike the 49'ers. Not so much because of the team, I've just never liked Kaepernick.
Fortunately, I don't think they stand a chance in Seattle, so by Sunday evening it won't matter.

I'm nervous for the Broncos/Pats game. I'm hopeful for the Pats, but realistically it's an uphill struggle.
The Pats looked impressive against the Colts, but they're a different team when they're playing in Foxboro.
The Broncos looked very comfortable last night, from a neutral viewers perspective.

Next Sunday can't come quick enough.

I'm not sure how you can say that the 49ers have no chance this weekend. Seattle's defense is peaking but their offense is struggling. Wilson has posted a QBR of less than 50 in each of the past 6 games. The Seahawk receiving corps is as depleted as the 49ers was early in the season. As impressive as Wilson looked early in the season, he has been pretty average down the stretch. Seattle hasn't shown the ability to put points on the board without the defense getting turnovers or great field position. If the 49ers don't turn the ball over and either tie or win the TO battle, it is going to be a very close game. If the 49ers get down early or turn the ball over, good night.

You said it. We have an earlier TO, it could get ugly. We get down early, the crowd goes nuts, pumps up their D even more. Kaep starts getting happy feet. Season over.

It reminds me of all those 49er/Cowboy games. Young just couldn't beat them in the big game...... until he did. They scored early and often that year to beat the Cowboys, (hanging on at the end, but whatever) then they won the SB.

Here is an article about Kaeperinck's tattoos and why he kisses his bicep. It's about his faith in god. Would he have as many haters if he just made the sign of the cross or would he have more followers?

Sorry Papson but I hate the 9'ers as well. Kaepernick is a punk, not a fan of him at all, he was a punk in college and it has only gotten worse.

Harbaugh get's results but he is an emotional loose cannon IMO. As evidenced by the 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty on him. I think he runs the team that way and that is why the team attitude has gone downhill as of late.

Boldin deserved at least 2 flags for the crap he was pulling, not impressed with him at all.

I have little interest in the SB this year unfortunately. Never have liked Belechik and the pats. Can't stand cheaty petey carrol. Don't appreciate the 9'ers attitude. So essentially I am in it to hope that Manning gets another ring. He is a stand up guy and an amazing QB and team leader. He has put the work in, I would like to see him win. Everyone else I would love to see lose.

No worries, I'm just a Niners fan, we adapt and learn to love whomever they sign. Like when they signed Neon Deion. See you in June. CDA.

Know what you mean.

I get crap constantly from my friend about Rodgers and his discount double check. Can't deny the 9'ers and Harbaugh are getting results. Definitely 4 of the best teams left, should be good games.

The 15 yard penalty was somewhat BS. The Vernon Davis TD catch was ruled incomplete with 10 or 11 seconds left on the clock. The clock continued to run, all the way down to 5 seconds. Harbaugh ran out there because of the clock, not the ruling. He clarified it in the post game. The clock was never fixed. If the incomplete call had not been over turned, the 49ers would have been forced to kick the FG rather than take another shot at the TD. What is he supposed to do there? Let the clock operator potentially cost them a TD? Even with the review, the clock was not corrected.

That said, he needs to cool it on the sideline. He is going to get a penalty that really costs them one of these days.

Yeah, if you're going to enter the field of play; at least make it count!

I think you like who's on your team.

I used to really dislike Dennis Rodman when he played for Detroit.  Thought he was great on the Bulls.  I'm still a huge Romanowski fan even though he was kind of hated outside of Denver.

I liked Keap last year because I disliked the Ravens even more.  I don't know, give me Brady, Manning(s), Rogers, Breese, or Luck any day (as for current active QB's

For the record - I dislike Rodman again - the knucklehead.

That sort of proves my point.  You are probably not a Bronco fan.

I'm sure MOST Bronco fans did not approve of that.  It was degrading and stupid.  But he was still "our guy" and a hell of a linebacker so liked him.  I don't recall anyone asking to get rid of him in 97.

Nobody liked the spitting thing. Fan or no fan. NOBODY. As far as him being a player on my team... loved him. You knew you were getting everything the guy had 100% of the time. Another story of a guy that was not blessed physically (comparatively to NFL players) but worked hard and had heart.

Rodman has been an idiot for a very long time.

I can't stand Rivers with a passion. I would probably like him if he was on my team... he is a fighter... but he isn't, and I hate the guy. I hate getting beat by him even more. Errrrr... God last night was soooo fun for soooo many reasons. GO BRONCOS!!!!

Just thought I'd throw it out there that in the beginning of September, the 4 teams that are left were the top 4 favorites to win the super bowl.  If you bought a ticket then, you're in a position to make money should you choose to hedge.

Denver 6/1
San Fran 6/1
Seattle 17/2
New England 10/1

Others of note...
Atlanta 12/1
Houston 16/1
New York Giants 25/1
Kansas City 50/1
Philly 50/1
San Diego 50/1
Carolina 66/1
Arizona 125/1
Jacksonville 300/1

Atlanta and Houston were the big surprises...but you could have got a lot of value hedging if you had a ticket for San Diego or Carolina.  The interesting thing was that KC, despite having the worst record in the league in 2012, was only 50/1 as compared to Jacksonville.  So the vegas odds makers knew there was some hope for a turn around season.

Josh, We will have to disagree with how well Seattle has done in the last 4-5 games. Personally I think their offense has been and continues to struggle. There defense is stellar, although watch out if the refs actually figure out what PI and defensive holding is.

I completely agree that Kaep has a lot to prove in Seattle and has been TERRIBLE the two times he's been there.

Side note, did you know that there is actually a rule in the NFL that if the crowd is too loud that the refs can throw a flag and penalize the home defense for the noise. I guess it's been in the books for a long time but hasn't been called in many years. (I don't think it should be called, I just found it interesting).

Last 5 games Seattle has outscored their opponents 100-58. That point differential would've ranked 11th in the NFL for the season. It took a last second FG for SF to win in SF. It will take a lot more to win in Seattle.

In the last 5 games, SF has outscored their opponents 136-88. That included 4 road games with trips to Arizona, the literal frozen tundra, and Carolina. Wilson has had 5 straight games with a QBR below 50. Basically, you have Alex Smith as a QB down the strech. Kaepernick has had 5 straight over 70.

That's almost as many as Gore had the whole game in Seattle

GORE @ Seattle

2013: 16 yds, 0 TD @ Seattle L 29-3
2012: 28 yds, 0 TD @ Seattle L 42-13
2011: 83 yds, 1 TD @ Seattle W 19-17
2010: 38 yds, 0 TD @ Seattle L 31-6
2009: 25 yds, 0 TD @ Seattle L 20-17
2008: 61 yds, 1 TD @ Seattle W 33-30
2007: 72 yds, 0 TD @ Seattle L 24-0

How did Lynch do in Seattle vs SF earlier this year? Oh yeah. 98 Yds 2 TD and another 37 receiving with 1 more TD. Another fun fact, since Kaepernick took over Lynch has outscored SF in Seattle, by himself, 35-16

Why ESPN feels empowered to invent a new stat befuddles me. They weigh running ability, time on the clock, etc in that number. Complete crap.
