I have a morbid fascination with Kate's attitude because I have zero patience and I think that's what I might be like when I have kids. But (fortunately?) my husband will put me in my place. |

The man manning up can be really irritating to control freaks like Kate (and myself), but it really is necessary to protect us (and the rest of the world) from ourselves.

That's gotta be tough. not tough really... it just demands a great amount of concentration as I put together the worship booklet... I have to make sure that all of the hims and hers are correct. I do a great deal of cutting and pasting, but still... gotta proof read... Also gotta start thinking about that sermon. And this woman requires I put in some time... she was in the first graduating class of women admitted to a Lutheran seminary (not for ordination, but for educational positions)... she is one of the first Lutheran women to hold a seminary degree. She graduated in 1948... and she was an awesome person. -B |
