Cat - has many men and her hair is a great colour!  (gotta admit, I'm still trying to figure out flattie...........)

Would you believe NO ONE I work with has noticed the new hair colour??? I think Im going to have to die it pink for anyone to notice a  difference!

Oh and flattie = flatmate (also an ex - bad idea let me just say)

Jen - was sick and not happy with DH - hopefully she's feeling better

Jen is still sick.  My lungs are a little congested, so that's frustrating.  It seems to happen all the time when I get colds.

I'm less grumpy at my husband, though.

Well thats a 50% strike rate so thats a pretty good improvement

Kind of a buzz... at least its nice to feel needed! But yeah wasnt what I had planned for this morning!

The rep I was working with is actually a complete sweetheart which really helps..  and rarely asks for help so...

I figure its better I see what they are working on before hand rather than afterwards...

2 lb bag of hash brown style potatoes

16 oz of sour cream

2 sticks melted butter

2/3 bag of shredded sharp cheddar

two packages of bacon bits (the real ones, not bacos)

one bag of chopped onions

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

mix it all together and put it in a 9x13 baking dish, top with the left over shredded cheese  and bake on 350 for an hour.

I made two pans and we finished it all off at our tailgate.

I'm just drive by posting.  Sooooo tired, but good to see the VaNibbs got the race in, even it was a du.

So good evening and goodnight, Nibbs.

Ok, so here's my best attempt at a recap

the VaNibbs got to race, but it was a du not a tri and they weren't too happy about it, but got through it

Jen - was sick and not happy with DH - hopefully she's feeling better

Kristen - enjoyed Dairy Queen while her DH shopped for something he broke?????

Nice recap - I realize I was obtuse.

Ran race. Ate post race food. Saw Judi for a minute. Called Sugar Daddy. SD asked me to stop at outlet mall on way home because he broke his Nike sandals (and outlet mall has Nike outlet). Left race. Stopped at outlet. Stopped at DQ. Came home.

Huh, I got my food, and looked where you were sitting-you were GONE.  Then driving down 64 W we passed you and I was trying to figure out what had hapened that you left the race before us yet we saw you on the drive home.  Your field trip to the Nike outlet explains it.

enders_shadow - 2008-09-07 4:54 PM Hi, Nibbs! Race went well for me - sorry I didn't catch you at the end Jen...I kinda got tired of being there and so I left. (And Sugar Daddy asked me to stop at the outlet mall for something he broke this weekend. Meh.) I had a Dairy Queen mushroom & swiss burger and a banana cream pie blizzard.

Congrats Kristen.  And thanks...now I've got a craving for a mushroom and swiss burger...

Hey.  What is it with these race reports.  *I* even got my RR up before you gals.  That's NEVER the case...

So did Judi race too??? haven't seen her around....

Yep.  I passed her on the bike and then she passed me on the 2nd run.  It was fun.

I passed about 6 men trying to catch Jen on the bike.  I kept thinking of Julie and her "girl passing on left"

Glad I stayed in front on run 2

LeapFrog

Great job, Judi. You are indeed an amazing racer and all the training paid off.

x2!  It must have been fun seeing all the other VaNibbas at the race too...

Set up hasn't posted final results yet. The times I have in my blog are guesstimates--though the bike split is off my bike computer.  I looked on set ups web site this morning and they aren't up.  Plus, my daughter has to upload all the pics for me to resize and put in the RR.

I want official times!!! And I want them now! Because somehow I only ended up with 4 legs...so I don't know if bike is long or run 2 is short...I'm missing T2 in my watch.

And I agree with Jen, run #1 seemed longer than 1.8. Did you measure it? (I took off footpod for the race).
