Okay. This is not a 79-year-old woman. Crazy.

Y'all'd hit it. Admit it

I already did, time and time again.

Admit it that is.

Why schpanks Salty ... yeah ... she doesn't colour her hair and not a shred of makeup. Lord, why ain't I that way at 36??? OK, well, I don't colour my hair and rarely wear makeup either, but I sho' don't look like dat. Humph!

I suppose the pure heart and clean living might have something to do with it.

And shoot, I hope I can get my legs over my head like you when I'm 36!!!

I have always liked you.

By the way, I can actually do some pretty weird yoga schmyte. I'm told it's impressive. I'm like Gumby crossed with a cinnamon roll.

No one's ever taken a picture of me doing it. Like a real yogi, I pretty much keep to myself on my mountaintop!

I've taken a zillion self-timer shots and today I could *not* recall how to do it with my camera. Wanted to take a pic o fme and Mutti working on the puzzle. Who's got Alzheimer's?

I'm double posting this -- hoping for some help/advice:

I have a trainer question for you'all.

I have 650cc tires. I bought a Cycleops Fluid 2 trainer a year ago, not really thinking about the size of my tires.

I'm bending my L bolt out of shape beyond recognition. My husband has had to bend it back into shape three times now. He told me this last time that he won't be able to bend it back again.

Does your Cycleops Fluid 2 trainer have a yellow handle in the back?  If so, spin the handle to adjust the fly wheel so that the wheel is touching the trainer.  Then you can move the handle up and down -- basically opened and closed position.  Open to remove your bike and closed to so that your wheel is touching the spindle.  So you only use the handle to open/close after the initial adjustment.

And yes, it should work on both 700 and 650 wheels.

See this video at about 50 seconds.

Yes. That's what I have. Maybe I'm loosening it too much every time? Because when I go to tighten it, I have to turn and turn and turn, and I'm really putting too much wear and tear on the L bolt.

I'll watch the video.

I'm not on Facebook anymore, so I can't like it, but I loved the costume.

Have I told you all that I met Pre twice? He visited my grade school -- I was born and raised in Eugene. I even have his autograph . . . somewhere. I am a HUGE fan.

Ok. Finally back at the hotel and showered. I had a great time at the HM. The course was awesome and I am really happy with how I was able to push myself mentally, but still go easy on the body. I think DH said I finished in 2:21 and change.  I was hoping to average slightly under an 11 minute mile and that's where I landed! Woo Hoo. Don't know if I'll ever find out how I ranked because the race website is non-existant, but I'm ok with just racing my race.

After the race we had to go tow my brother's mini-van home because he ran out of oil on the way to see me finish Yell. S'all good tho (except for his car).  RR to follow.
