I ran another short two miler today....gotta go eat dinner...not sure where I am going??? it is a surprise....i have such a keeper for a DH!

was just on the spreadsheet and looks like we are all doing a great job...KIU!!!!

Hey Everyone -

I am just checking in. After being sickly and feeling well tonight I attempted a 2 mile run tonight (my 1/2 hearted attempt at getting out of the slacker group slowly). Not sure if the tummy didn't like it or it is just not reacting well to the first day of real food besides crackers and sprite. Hoping it goes ok and I can start back to running so I don't disappoint the team.

 Hope you have a great V-day - my hubby had to work tonight.

lyssa-gator - 2008-02-14 9:47 PM no surprise that no one's on here-being valentines day just swinging through to catch up-dh had the day off (miraculous) but we are just staying home-headed up to seattle tomorrow to see baby george (AND the hanna andersson OUTLET is having a $5 $10 $15 sale!! yahoo!!) so that's where i'll be tomorrow-hoping to have my LONG run on saturday?? sunday at the latest. then i should be just about out of the slacker group!! LOL

well, I'm headed back to Omaha today - the workout gods were not with me this week, I did get in one run

Much better thanks..it is amazing what a drill bit and some talented people can do for you when you are in pain.

Nothing excited planned here. Just hoping to get better. Woke up with a sore tummy this morning. Not sure if it was from the experimental 2 mile run last night or just the tummy not liking real food yet. I wish it would go away already.

Well my Julian trip is out due to road closures (snowing). I'm still getting in the car and heading out and doing something.

And yes I got my workout in.  

Volunteering at a duathlon Saturday, taping the Daytona 500 and ride the trainer while watching it Sunday night and just have some time with the family Sunday Day and Monday (oh and a long run and hopefully a spin outside on Monday too)

Duathlon tomorrow -- see you then Scott!  I'd really like to get an lsd run tomorrow and long bike Sunday and swim both days.  We'll see what real life brings.....

And we're going to Benihana's Sunday to celebrate a couple birthdays.  I've never been there before, just seen it on The Office

And do my husband's accounting and plan our summer vacation and redo the laundry room and plan our 1st tri team meeting and watch Regimom and JuliaPurr and all the other BTers kick butt in the 24 hr mtn bike race in Tucson.  Check out Regimom's blog for the link to the live feed.
