There are about a dozen buzzards having a buffet in front of where we are supposed to have folks for dinner tonight.

Finished up my goal today. I think I'm even a couple of minutes over. I probably won't do any more running this week. I have to go to my parent's for a wedding. Not sure if I'm packing all my running stuff. If I have room, yes.

Wow it's great to see so many folks finishing up their 100%. Yea! No run for me tonight. Things got crazy at work I am physically and mentally drained, and I feel a bit more sore from the weights and swim than I thought, and I may be coming down with something, my nose has been running and sneezing all day. Hopefully it is just allergies, but I don't want to push it tonight, especially as it is hot, hazy, and humid, not good for breathing in general. Tomorrow morning I will be out for a run, that's the plan!

Got my swim in tonight. It was very hard work this evening but it feels good to hurt sometimes. I am very thankful for this class I am learning so much!

I have a head full of water from all the flip turns so I am going to take some bendryl and go sleep now.

Honestly I've never attempted one because I'm pretty sure I'd be taking in water where I shouldn't

Sure, all the cool kids do flip turns, but I don't want to put the time in to learn them when it doesn't make me a better triathlon swimmer.

I did flip turns years ago, but now my body does not bend that way. And I'm so happy I don't have to do them in a race.

Didn't get my run in today. Long day. 7:30 am meeting, then head to branch where we were short staff, so I worked the floor. Once the afternoon people got in I holed up in my office writing the staff eval. Got it done! Yeah! Then off to ballroom dancing. I love dancing. Dinner at Aroma (favorite indian restaurant) on the way home. Stop at neighbors to pick up Wii controls we loaned them. Now, I'm home and too full to run. So, I'll have to get in two sessions tomorrow. This way my hip has a chance to heal and hopefully that stupid pain is gone.

I know, this could have been 10 or more posts.
