tahrens - 2009-11-10 8:41 AM Good morning MB Family.  Thanks for the inspires, private messages and thread posts. You guys rock.  I woke up this morning ready to take on the world.  This is the best thing that has ever happened to me.  Even though I get choked up when I think about the drama of it all, I will NEVER be in that situation again. I am ready to attack IMCA with a vengance. You guys thought I was Savage before........gggggrrrrrrrrrr!    I actually saw a dude on the course wearing a Savage Man jersey - I said go Savage Man to him but barely got a nod back - he wasn't looking very savage at that moment.

Sam, what a great race you had.  Boston is in your future, I know it.

Roni - you are a rock star in my book. I think completing 26 miles as a training run deserves more than a shirt, that is full blown trip to the mall!  Kalispell here you come!

Glad to see you are already back on that horse!  IMCA better watch out.

As soon as my holiday pay comes in (last payacheck in November) I'll be signing up for IM 70.3 - Racine!  My wife gave me the unofficial go ahead... which means 'you'd better sign up for it before I change my mind'

Wow, so much to read from this weekend.  Congrats to everyone on awesome races.

Very cool Roni, will be nice to meet you there.

Sorry everyone I have been MIA lately.  Have a huge project going on and have to actually work during the day lately, so no where near my regular posting volume.

LOL, back to work now : )  Don't they know this is getting in the way of my forum time and training?

Looks like I am on the sidelines for a bit longer - went to the ortho today, appears I injured my MCL - not horribly or anything, but its going to take another 3-4 weeks to heal.  I am bummed out that I am not going to be able to run in the White Rock 1/2 marathon...  Anyone else ever hurt their MCL?

Sweet deal Roni. I think the texans need to organize a MG area now at the Gardens!! We're getting a bunch of us now.John this is your call to action.
Roni, there were a few others on the website that seemed to be close by. Was there a waiting list at Moody to get onto?

I'm just the opposite.  Somewhere around mile 9 on the run on Sunday I told the Houston Marathon to go F itself.  I want to spend a few weeks taking it easy and hanging out with the family A LOT more.  This is a super time of the year.  I'll switch it over to the half chill out for a little while.   Then focus on getting ramped up for lone star.

That's AWESOME news Roni!!!  Andy said if you signed up he'd get his nipple pierced too before the race so you guys could compare piercings.  Lets us know how that works out for ya brother.

wait i'm confused.  you said you'll be waiting on me.  clearly you won't be waiting on me if you raced the 70.3, i mean you be in around 6:51:34 or so.  waaaayyyyy behind me.  oh, even on the sprint course you'll probably get blown over with the wheel cover.  i'd say 404 DEEEEEPPEST.

Yeah Trevor i'm working on the taligate area!!!
