I think the saline rinse didn't completely come out this morning. Do what I did. Re-do it, but use water that's still too hot. If you do try, just make sure you don't fill up your sinus with the hot water. The water seriously just touched the inside of my nose and my body reacted and caused the sneeze. Be careful |

I would say it takes a minute or two for mine. I just turn it on and leave it by a window or outside as I change into my running gear. By the time I'm ready, so is the Garmin. |
